Our Care Team Will Take Care of You
We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! Our staff is highly skilled and well trained. Each of our five hygienists is a Registered Dental Hygienist, and each of our four treatment assistants are Certified Dental Assistants. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars. Our full team participates in Star of the North Meeting, a two-day seminar in the Twin Cities, every April.

Nicole
Business DirectorNicole has been in the dental field since 2003. She has a passion for making sure each and every patient feels special and that our team continues to always strive for excellence. Nicole has completed numerous hours of continuing education in order to equip herself to best serve our patients and to cultivate a culture that our team wants to be a part of. She also has extensive dental knowledge in her experience of clinical, operations, insurance, and financial. In her free time, she loves camping and exploring the outdoors with her husband and two sons, attending their kid's sporting events, and spending time with her three doodles.

Jen, LDA, CDA
Continuing Care CoordinatorJennifer (Jen) started her career in dentistry in 2001 when she earned her AAS degree and obtained her dental assisting licensure. After a short stint at a general office, she joined an orthodontic office where she served her doctor for 21+ years, seeing him through to retirement in the fall of 2022. She joined the team at North Benton Dental Care in January of 2023 where she has found her "home" for the next chapter in her career. Jennifer strives to provide an excellent patient experience and has a passion for patient education and awareness. Outside of the dental world, Jennifer enjoys time with her husband at their lake "cottage", traveling and exploring breweries/wineries. She loves game shows and game playing, cooking and time spent with her five grandchildren.

Brittney, RDH
Dental HygienistBrittney grew up in Sartell MN. She attended St. Cloud Technical and Community College where she graduated with her AAS degree in Dental Hygiene in 2014. She loves getting to know her patients and strives to make their appointment a comfortable and positive experience. Brittney is a member of the Heartland Hygiene Study Club which allows her to take courses to gain knowledge in the latest dental advancements, allowing her to educate her patients. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and her dog, Axel.

Dental HygienistJessica is a 2007 graduate from dental assisting school and a 2011 graduate from dental hygiene school. She strives for a positive patient experience and collaborative care plans for optimal oral health. Jessica treats her patients like family and loves the relationships she has developed. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys horseback riding, gardening and anything outdoors. Her greatest joy is spending time with her husband and her daughter and son.

Dental HygienistConny received her Dental Hygienist degree from North Dakota State College of Science and has been in the dental field for 37 years. Conny is a member of the Heartland Hygiene Study Club which keeps her up to date on continuing education and evolving dental techniques. She enjoys the hours her position offers and being able to meet new people. Conny is passionate about saving her patients' teeth and creating beautiful smiles. When she is not working, she loves going hiking, sitting by the campfire, going on pontoon rides and spending time with her four beautiful granddaughters.

Dental HygienistChelsey graduated from St. Cloud Technical and Community College and has been practicing dental hygiene since 2018. Chelsey is passionate about educating her patients and creating a fun, relaxing atmosphere for everyone. Outside of the office, Chelsey enjoys baking, crafting, fishing, and spending time with friends and family. Chelsey and her husband, Jake, had their first child in August 2021.

Dental HygienistRachel graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. She is committed to educating and taking great care of her patients. She strives to make every patient feel comfortable. Rachel loves being part of a team that is devoted to oral health and patient care. When she is not working, Rachel enjoys reading, putting together puzzles, and going on walks. She and her husband, Rick, stay busy with their young daughter.

Radiology TechnologistSally received her two-year radiology degree from the University of Minnesota. She has been working in the dental field for 46 years. Sally strives to treat everyone with kindness and provides her patients with the best possible care. When she is not working, she enjoys gardening, landscaping, feeding/watching birds, swimming, reading, decorating and the history of antiques.

Welcoming CoordinatorShelley is an Iowa State Graduate where she played volleyball. She joined the dental field in 2018 and enjoys meeting new patients and building relationships with them. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two grown sons and reading. Her hobby is upcycling furniture and home décor.

Office Assistant / FinancialPam graduated from the St. Cloud Technical College and has spent the last 20 years in the dental field. In her spare time, Pam loves spending time outdoors with her husband and two kids.

Dental AssistantBecky graduated from St. Cloud Technical College and has been working in the dental field for 5 years now. She wanted to go into the dental field since she was in high school. Becky strives to always keep a positive attitude and loves working with our staff and patients every day. Her goal is to make sure all of the patients are comfortable and have a great experience. In her free time, she loves to read books, spend time with her husband and two sons.

Dental AssistantSarah received her degree from St. Cloud Technical and Community College in 2003. She says the part of her job she likes the most is interacting with our patients. Sarah truly enjoys educating them about the treatment they are receiving and making their experience as comfortable as possible. When Sarah is not working, she enjoys reading, thrifting, cooking and traveling with her husband and three children.

Dental AssistantStephanie graduated from Central Lakes Community College and has been working in the dental field since 2002. She is passionate about making her patients feel comfortable and confident in the care she is providing, whether their dental plan is simple or complex. She enjoys spending summers at the lake and spending time with her family and friends.

Dental AssistantTrisha received her Associate of Applied Science degree from South Central College in Mankato. She specializes in working with people with special needs and loves visiting with her patients and making their dental visit a comfortable and fun experience. Her leisure activities include cooking, going on walks, reading, and camping with her husband and daughter.

I would be remiss if I didn’t share that the team at North Benton has turned those negative feelings into positive ones for me.
Everyone employed at North Benton is nothing short of phenomenal. From start to finish, they are professional, courteous and kind. Every hygienist I’ve worked with has made me feel comfortable and safe. Rachel in particular made me so much less anxious by being transparent with me every step of my cleaning, offering to let me take breaks when needed and even laughing with me. The employees at the front desk are always cheerful and patient as well.
