Your First Visit
Thank you for choosing our office for all your dental needs.
We have created a comfortable environment where you can feel confident in the level of dental care you receive. When you arrive for your first visit, please be prepared to complete all insurance and health information forms that will allow us to begin your dental treatment. We will ask you to fill out several forms that will get you acquainted with our office.
Initial Exam
Your initial exam will last approximately one hour—the exact amount of time varies patient-to-patient as we develop a customized dental care plan specific to your dental health needs. This visit will help us get acquainted with each other and learn about your goals and desires for your dental treatment. Generally, x-rays will be taken allowing your doctor to examine the jaw’s structure, teeth position and teeth decay. There will be no cleanings on the first visit. Only after we have presented you with a customized dental care program specific to your dental health, will we recommend the appropriate services for your next visit.

I was hesitant to start at a new dentist’s office after my previous dentist retired. But I have been really happy at North Benton Dental. It is a calm, clean and pleasant environment. The hygienists and dentists are very skilled and I always feel I’m in good hands.
I love this Dentist Office so much, that even after I moved and switching Dentists would have been more convenient, I chose to stay. Friendly staff, everything is always clean and sterile, and the Drs actually seem to remember me and ask questions about things we haven’t touched on in 6 months!!

Dr.Johnson is a great dentist. I had a very bad experience with another dentist so was very anxious and leary to treat with a new dentist. I am now able to go to North Benton Dental with little to no anxious feelings. The staff are all so friendly and professional. I definitely recommend North Benton Dental!

I would be remiss if I didn’t share that the team at North Benton has turned those negative feelings into positive ones for me.
Everyone employed at North Benton is nothing short of phenomenal. From start to finish, they are professional, courteous and kind. Every hygienist I’ve worked with has made me feel comfortable and safe. Rachel in particular made me so much less anxious by being transparent with me every step of my cleaning, offering to let me take breaks when needed and even laughing with me. The employees at the front desk are always cheerful and patient as well.

Just had my cleaning and I can say they truly are the best! They are so informative and listen to my concerns and questions about my teeth!
I’ve always had good experiences with the staff here. Today was my first visit with Chelsey as my hygienist and she was so delightful! So friendly and informative! I love that they show you pictures and explain what they’re seeing going on with your teeth so you know the best course of action when it comes to preventative.
I have been going to them ever since I moved to the area, over 20 years ago, and I have received polite, respectful, and complete service ever time I have stopped in. They are top-notch!
Went in for my routine cleaning this week and my hygienist Brittney did a great job and it’s always nice to chit chat with Dr Russell. He’s personable and a great dentist! Would highly recommend this office.

I hadn't been to the dentist for many years because I did not have insurance coverage so I was dreading it. My hygienist Chelsey did a great job scaling my teeth and I was comfortable the entire time. All of the staff is friendly and welcoming and the dentists are very helpful and informative. Would highly recommend!
I recently had a very old crown pop off. I was able to get in right away and have it fixed. Staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. No wasted time and I’m on my way. I have been going here for my dental needs for over 10 years and always have a great experience! Highly recommend
