Getting an Under Armour Performance Mouthwear™ is an easy 4-step process.

• First, you and your doctor will discuss your active lifestyle and decide which model is best for you.
• Then, we will make an impression of your bite.
• Next, we will send your bite impressions to the Under Armour lab where the mouthpiece or mouthguard will be custom-made. It can even be personalized with your name and/or phone number at no additional cost.
• Lastly, your personal mouthpiece or mouthguard will be shipped back to us, where we will conduct a final fitting.
